Roasted asparagus spears wrapped in crispy pancetta
masked in hollandaise sauce.
Handformed meat balls in a tomato & basil sauce on a nest
of pesto infused linguine.
Salad of warmed wild mushrooms, tomato & mixed leaves, lightly
dressed & topped with parmesan shavings.

Terms & Conditions
Bookings are only confirmed by receipt of a £20.00 deposit per person for overnight bookings and £10.00 deposit for meal only bookings.
Deposits are non-refundable at all times.
Deposits must be received by the date stated on the confirmation letter otherwise bookings will be cancelled.
Full payment will be required by 1st November 2008, an invoice will be sent to you two weeks prior to this date. In the event of cancellation 48 hours prior to arrival date, this payment is also non-refundable. If cancelled before 48 hours then a refund will be made by cheque, the cancellation needs to be made by the organiser only.
Please be aware that increases in numbers can not be guaranteed.
Non-arrivals to the party night are charged for in full.
Changes / amendments to the booking are to be made by the organiser only.
In the unlikely event undersubscribed dates may be subject to cancellation. If such a cancellation occurs we will offer you an alternative date or full refund.
