All rates are quoted per room per night and are inclusive of VAT.
Your card details will be used to guarantee your booking. No charges will be made unless specified or in the event of failure to comply with our cancellation policy.
Payment of Account
Settlement of your account will be on arrival.

We operate a 24 hour cancellation policy. Should the need arise please cancel directly with the hotel on 01253 720011. You will be issued with a cancellation reference number which must be quoted in any future dealings related to your booking. In the event of a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice 1 nights accommodation will be charged.
Advanced purchase bookings are paid in full at the time of booking. In the event of cancellation this payment is non refundable and non transferable.
Arrivals and Departures
Check-in is from 14.00. OTA check in 15.00
Guests are requested to vacate rooms by 11:00
You are recommended to have insurance to cover cancellation, curtailment or loss of baggage, personal effects and money.
Management reserve the right to charge in full for any items removed from the guest rooms without prior consent.
The Hotel is a completely non-smoking hotel. Failure to comply will result in a charge being made.
On-site car parking is complimentary however vehicles are left at the owner’s risk. Where special arrangements are required, the hotel must be advised in writing. Whilst every effort will be made to meet these requests, they are not guaranteed and may be chargeable.
As the hotel is open all year round, with the exception of a few days over Christmas, you may find that there is necessary maintenance, development or refurbishment work taking place during your visit. We will do our best to keep noise and inconvenience to a minimum.
Any bookings of 3 or more is considered a group booking. Different prepayment policies apply. The hotel will be in touch with you as a deposit will be required.
We do not allow items to be charged to the the room. You will be able to pay for any additional food, drinks or other items in the usual way by cash or card in the Bar and Restaurant.
