Prices

All rates are quoted per room per night and are inclusive of VAT.

Credit Cards

Your card details will be used to guarantee your booking. No charges will be made unless specified or in the event of failure to comply with our cancellation policy.

Payment of Account

Settlement of your account will be on departure.

Whilst the hotel website is intended to give a fair representation of the facilities available, there may be occasions when certain facilities are out of use. Although every effort will be made to try and ensure that this does not happen, where it is unavoidable, then no liability shall attach to the hotel by reason there of

 Cancellations

We operate a 24 hour cancellation policy. Should the need arise please cancel directly with the hotel on 01253 720011. You will be issued with a cancellation reference number which must be quoted in any future dealings related to your booking. In the event of a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice 1 nights accommodation will be charged.

Advanced purchase bookings are paid in full at the time of booking.  In the event of cancellation this payment is non refundable and non transferable.

Arrivals and Departures

Check-in is from 14.00

Guests are requested to vacate rooms by 11:00

Insurance

You are recommended to have insurance to cover cancellation, curtailment or loss of baggage, personal effects and money.

Management reserve the right to charge in full for any items removed from the guest rooms without prior consent.

The Hotel is a completely non-smoking hotel. Failure to comply will result in a charge being made.

On-site car parking is complimentary however vehicles are left at the owner’s risk. Whilst the hotel website is intended to give a fair representation of the facilities available, there may be occasions when certain facilities are out of use. Where special arrangements are required, the hotel must be advised in writing. Whilst every effort will be made to meet these requests, they are not guaranteed and may be chargeable.

Maintenance

As the hotel is open all year round, with the exception of a few days over Christmas, you may find that there is necessary maintenance, development or refurbishment work taking place during your visit. We will do our best to keep noise and inconvenience to a minimum.

Group Bookings

Any bookings of 3 or more is considered a group booking. Different prepayment policies apply. The hotel will be in touch with you as a deposit will be required.

Check In Notice

From Wednesday 27th November, we are changing our Check In. All guests will now be given an option between:

 St. Ives Credit Account

All guests are welcome to open a credit account so that during your stay you will be able to charge food, drinks and other items to your room and then pay for them together at the Check Out.

To do this, we will need a pre-authorisation to be taken from a credit or debit card in your name. This will place a temporary hold for your Total Stay plus £50/ night to cover any extras which will be reserved for a future payment transaction. At Check Out, these funds on hold can then be converted to a payment or released back to your account.

Pay As You Go

If you prefer, we will take payment for your room at Check In. You will then be able to pay for any additional food, drinks or other items in the usual way by cash or card in the Bar and Restaurant.

This will make Check Out much simpler and quicker for you, as there wont be anything to pay on Departure.
